Hello hello my friends! This is the time of year when I start thinking about my well loved winter polishes and how to transition into the spring mani season, which gave me an idea. How would it be to create some spring looks using winter polishes? Right away I knew that Sassy Pants Polish Winter Trio was the perfect place to start. (You can find my original review of this trio here.) Want to see what I came up with?
For this look I started with 2 coats of Sassy Pants Polish Ice Princess. I then chose a color that matched some of the glitters in the polish, which turned out to be MdU Nabu. For the floral type stamping I used an image from MoYou London Fashionista 08 plate. Very simple, and an instant spring look!
For this look I started with 2 thin coats of Sassy Pants Polish Snow Queen. I then did some gradient stamping using MdU Tulip and Nabu. The image is from stamping plate Cici & Sisi 12. I really love how this turned out, I think it’s my favorite of the 3 mani’s.
I’m not sure this is really a true spring look, but I like it nonetheless so I decided to go ahead and include it. I started with 2 coats of Sassy Pants Polish Frozen, and stamped the random circles image from Sugar Bubbles plate SB-021 using MdU White. I them added some extra sparkle with one coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust. For the accent nail I used 2 coats of Sassy Pants Polish Snow Queen with a blue flower water decal. The blues don’t match perfectly, but you get the idea. 🙂
Hope you liked these looks, and maybe you even got some ideas. One of the things I love most about the polish world is you can literally create endless looks with a little creativity! So don’t let seasonal changes hold you back, go with what you love!
Sassy Pants Polish Winter Trio is still available.
Until next time, stay polished!
