I have to be honest in that I’m not a huge fan of Julep. Their colors don’t really jump out at me, and while sometimes their formula is good I have found that it isn’t as often as it is. I have probably 20-25 Juleps (former maven) many of which haven’t been tried because of my lack of interest in the colors, but if you want to grab my attention its always with a chartreuse green or a peach/coral, which is exactly where Francis comes in. This color grabbed my attention, and I liked it as much on the nail as I did in the bottle. I didn’t have too many problems with formula, just had to be a little careful with coat consistency. All in all I’m pleased with this one. The color is really the winning aspect.
