Good morning all!
I was going through my swatches this morning and having a very hard time deciding which ones to show you. I realized that the process of showing polishes is much like the process of choosing a polish, sometimes its a purely emotional decision. Sure you love this color, but you’re not really in the right mood for it. Some days I love the brightest sparkliest pink I can find, and other days all I want is something very subtle. Today im in one of those subtle moods, but don’t have any subtle swatches.. so then the choice goes to polish names, atleast for me more and more I’m choosing polish on the name and if it resonates with me. I have quite a few lately that I’ve purchased purely for the name.. so I decided to show you one of those today. This one really resonated with me, I was lucky that I loved the polish too but I didn’t even consider color when purchasing it.
So after that long intro here is Girly Bits Daddy’s Little Girl. This is a royal blue base with light blue and pink glitters. I really do love everything about this polish. It may be one where I use the whole bottle.. nahh, lets be honest here, thats not likely to ever happen.
This is 2 coats with Seche Vite topcoat.
What do you think of Daddy’s Little Girl? Do you sometimes choose polish from an emotional frame of mind?
