This is Stars at Rest, and as anticipated the formula was flawless. Clean and even application, 2 coats for full opacity but I did 3. Seche Vite topcoat.
I’ve started collecting their retired polishes and mystery polishes aswell so I will have plenty more swatches for those up soon.
