Hello lovelies! I have a new to me indie brand to introduce you to today. If you don’t know, I love thermals. So when Cherise told me she was sending her Montreal Thermal Collection I was understandably excited!
Mt. Royal is a lovely blue thermal polish that changes colors with the temperature. It changes from a soft pefect powder blue to a darker before the storm sky blue. Very nice formula. 3 coats with OTD top coat.
Plateau
Plateau is a thermal polish which changes color with the temperature. This polish goes from a medium green to a dark forest green. The transition is subtle so it doesn’t show up well in the swatches. This is 2 coats with OTD top coat.
St. Laurent
St. Laurent is a thermal polish which changes from a soft shimmering white when warm to a shimmering coral when cold. My swatches are 3 coats with OTD top coat.
Cresent
Cresent is a subtle thermal polish which changes from a fucshia pink when warm to purple when cold. Cresent has a soft holo throughout. My swatches are 2 coats with OTD top coat.
St. Catherine
St. Catherine is a thermal nail polish which changes from that perfect vibrant red to a dark vampy crimson. Shown here is 2 coats with OTD top coat.
Old Port
Old port is a thermal polish which changes from a medium blue to a dark ocean blue. Old Port has a somewhat subtle shift as well. Shown here is 2 coats with OTD top coat.
My Thoughts: This is a nice collection for any thermal lover. The formula on each was smooth with no application problems. Some of the thermal transitions are subtle while others are dramatic. MTL (My True Love) Creations is based out of Montreal, Canada and provides 5-free polishes all lovingly made by shop owner, Cherise.
