Nail Art ~ Nicole Diary Water Decals ~ Review

A few weeks ago I had the first five mani’s I created using Nicole Diary Water Decals. Today I have the final five to show you. Let’s jump right in because there are lots of pictures to get through!

Nicole Diary Water Decals Collage

Black and White Random Floral  NDS-13
For this mani I started with one coat of white on my index and ring finger. I cut out a section of the decals, one with the white background and one with the black. I let them soak in room temperature water for about 20-30 seconds, slid the decals off the paper backing with tweezers and placed on my nails with the white base coat. I paired these with Nanacoco Pirate’s Bay for a perfect match.

Earth Green Floral  NDS-28
For this mani I started with one coat of white on my middle finger and ring finger. I cut out two sections of the decals, and let them soak in room temperature water for about 20-30 seconds, slid the decals off the paper backing with tweezers and placed on my nails with the white base coat. I paired these with Zoya Charli and some stamping from plate MM-20 and MdU Peace. I love how this one turned out!

Black and Green Roses  NDS-12
For this mani I started with one coat of white on my index, ring and little finger. I cut out 3 section of decals, and let them soak in room temperature water for about 20-30 seconds, slid the decals off the paper backing with tweezers and placed on my nails with the white base coat. I lined up the bird section of decal on my little finger. I placed rose sections on my other nails. On my middle finger I painted 2 coats of Glitter Gal Serpent Black and stamped a single rose in a coordinating color to bring it all together. This is definitely another favorite.

My Thoughts: I really love the Nicole Diary water decals. They apply smoothly and evenly with little trouble. I let them dry about 1 minute before applying my top coat. Nicole Diary has a great selection of patterns I haven’t seen anywhere else.
