I’ve only featured Bad Bitch Polish on my blog once or twice before, so I’m excited to share this collection with you all today. In the indie polish arena there is no way to try every brand, but every once in a while you come across a brand where you just wish you had found them sooner. Bad Bitch Polish is quickly becoming one of those brands for me! And you’re about to see why.
The Southern Hemisphere Collection, the second half of fall creams from Bad Bitch Polish, is a reminder that while we’re heading into fall our friends in the southern hemisphere are heading into spring.
Bad Bitch Polish You’re a Star(ling)
You’re a Star(ling) is described as a grayed lavendar creme. The formula was amazing, and you could probably even get away with just a single coat if you wanted to.
My swatches show 2 thin coats with glossy top coat.
Bad Bitch Polish Nautical Rose
Nautical Rose is described as a soft rosewood pink creme. Another phenomenal formula to work with, went on smooth and easy and dried in above average time.
My swatches show 2 thin coats with glossy top coat.
Bad Bitch Polish The Veldt
The Veldt is described as a pale green creme. I love this shade of polish, alllll year long!
It was a tad bit streaky on the first coat, which these shades almost always are, but smoothed and leveled out perfectly on the second coat. Shown here with 2 thin coats and glossy top coat.
Bad Bitch Polish Blue Steel
Blue Steel is described as the palest blue, like the sky when the weather is changing.
Like The Veldt it was a bit streaky on the first coat but leveled out perfectly on the second coat. Sealed with glossy top coat.
Bad Bitch Polish Cotinga
Cotinga is described as a softer teal blue, and was named after a South American bird. Check out pictures here.
Another perfect formula. I’m not exagerrating, I wish all cremes were like this. They practically apply themselves! My swatches show 2 thin coats with glossy top coat.
Bad Bitch Polish Madagascar Sunset
Madagascar Sunset is described as a light creamy orange.
Ahhhh this color is so perfect! If I could only wear one color for the rest of my life this would be it. It also has a lovely formula, a bit streaky at first but leveled out beautifully on the second coat.
My swatches show 2 coats with glossy top coat.
And because I had to do some nail art with these beauties, I used all 6 shades in this rose themed reverse stamping manicure.
My Thoughts: With a creative unique theme, gorgeous colors and perfect creme formulas I love everything about this collection. They all reach full opacity in 2 easy coats and dry quickly. These will be among polishes that I reach for again and again.
The Southern Hemisphere Collection will retail for $9.50 each for full size or $54 for the collection, and $4.50 each for the mini size or $25 for the collection. They launch Friday, October 21st.
