Hi my dears, hope you are all great today! I have a new to me brand to show you today. I have been aware of Creative Cuticles Nail Polish almost as long as I’ve been in the polish community, but I haven’t had an opportunity to try it until now. So let’s take a look and see what I thought of these…
Creative Cuticles Every Leaf is a Flower
Every Leaf is a Flower is described as a nude jelly with green/bronze/purple/blue shifting flakies.
I was excited as soon as I opened this polish. I love nudes (polish that is!) and glitters or flakies make them that much more appealing to me! It is still a bit sheer at 3 coats on me, but that won’t stop me from wearing it. I do have a very visible free edge though, so it may cover perfectly on others.
Here I’m wearing 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.
Creative Cuticles Pumpkin Spice
Pumpkin Spice is described as a brown and holo copper microglitter.
When I first got into polish I really didn’t like microglitters, but I have definitely learned to love them! They provide a fantastic deep sparkly look that you just can’t get with other polishes. This beauty is made for fall manicures and I can’t wait to do some nail art with it!
Shown here in 3 coats with glossy top coat.
My Thoughts: I loved these as soon as I opened the package, they both are 100% fall and exactly the kind of colors that really appeal to me this time of year. I had no formula issues to speak of. They both applied nicely with no balding or streaking. I did find Every Leaf is a Flower to be a bit sheer, as stated above, but that is not a deal breaker for me. If you’re a VNL nazi though you will probably want to use thicker coats.
The Second Spring Duo will be releasing Friday, October 21st.
