Well it’s time for the December Square Hue box! You know what that means? It means some nail art.. but it also means 2016 is almost over! We can all breathe a collective sigh of relief. Have you heard yet what next years SquareHue theme will be? I will give you a clue at the end of this post. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves.. let’s take a look at this months nail art.
Square Hue Rudolph is a classic christmas red shimmer polish.
Square Hue Jingle Bells is a bronze/copper metallic polish, it reminds me of caramels!
Square Hue Frosty is a sheer shimmer polish, perfect for french manis or as a top coat over your favorite shade.
And for this months nail art I had to do some holiday nails of course. For this mani I used all 3 shades, and 2 different types of nail vinyls. (Nail vinyls were purchased separately.) I started with 3 coats of Frosty on all my nails. On my ring finger I used a bow shaped stencil and Square Hue Rudolph to make the red bow. On my other 3 nails I used the diagonal stripe stencils and Rudolph and Jingle Bells to create random holiday striping. I finished off with a thick coat of Seche Vite.
I hope you like this months colors, and of course my nail art! Next month starts the new theme for 2017, and we’ll dance right into January with 3 bold new shades. I can hardly wait to get them on my nails! Now is the perfect time to sign up!
