It’s a very sad night here as I write this post. We had to say goodbye today to our senior American Eskimo, Frazier otherwise known as “Old Man” and my heart and soul dog. He lived to the ripe old age of 16, but his numerous health issues from years of neglect caught up with him. He lived a hard life, up until 3.5 years ago at which time he became the latest in a long line of foster dogs with us. When a vet gave him 6 months to live we went ahead and adopted him, that was 3 years ago this last Friday. He enjoyed 3.5 years of love, adoration, and pampering with us; I just wish we could have given him more. He deserved so many more good years. Rest easy my special boy. 💗
Okay, so let’s get to the polish today. I am counting on polish to keep me occupied over these next weeks. This is the Morgan Taylor Beauty and the Beast Collection.
Products received compliments of Morgan Taylor as part of the #PreenMeVIP program.
The Beauty and the Beast collection features 6 dreamy shades of red pearls, sweet pinks, and baby blue cremes including: The Last Petal, Be Our Guest, Plumette with Excitement, Gaston and On and On, Days in the Sun, and Potts of Tea. Plus, Enchanted Patina, a magical nail coat that can be worn alone or over any lacquer, giving it a beautifully bronzed antique appearance.
Morgan Taylor Plumette with Excitement
Plumette with Excitement is described as a soft baby pink creme. This had a lovely formula given that it’s a true pastel. I used 3 coats for a smooth even finish, but you could probably get away with 2 coats if you apply carefully. Sealed with glossy top coat.

Morgan Taylor Gaston and On and On
Gaston and On and On is described as a soft pastel mint blue creme polish. I used 3 easy coats for my swatches. No formula issues. Sealed with glossy top coat.

Morgan Taylor The Last Petal
The Last Petal is described as a bright rich fuchsia shimmer polish. A definite favorite for me from this collection. For my swatches I used 2 coats, but it was fully opaque in just one coat. Sealed with glossy top coat.

Morgan Taylor Days in the Sun
Days in the Sun is described as a soft sunny yellow with a subtle pink/peach shimmer. For my swatches below I used 3 coats with glossy top coat.

Morgan Taylor Potts of Tea
Potts of Tea is described as a pale icy blue creme with a soft holographic micro shimmer throughout. I used 3 coats for my swatches, but you may be able to get away with two coats. Sealed with glossy top coat.

Morgan Taylor Be Our Guest
Be our Guest is described as a pink salmon creme. A lust-worthy color for sure! I used 2 super creamy coats, but you might be able to get away with one coat. A lovely formula. Sealed with glossy top coat.

And for a little Beauty and the Beast inspired nail art. I used 6 of the 7 shades for this mani.
The Beauty and the Beast collection Releases this Saturday March 17 in correlation with the new Walt Disney Pictures movie release.
What do you think of this collection? What really stood out to me was their brush! I have purchased a number of Morgan Taylor minis over the years, and I had no idea what a fantastic brush I was missing out on. For real. Go pick up some favorites and then you can report back to me about how much you loved the brush!
