Good Morning dear friends! I hope you all had a lovely memorial day weekend. It always feels a bit bittersweet to me. Obviously who doesn’t love a 3 day weekend, but it is heavy thinking of all those who gave their lives so we could be free and enjoy things like a 3 day weekend. My father-in-law, a veteran, passed away last year and my husband wanted to go visit the cemetery on Memorial Day. It was a nice day though and we talked about the good times before he got sick. And then we went to Five Guys to indulge on the best burgers around! Ha! Okay, on to the polish. This is Sweet and Sour Lacquers June 2017 POTM… Sweet and Sour Lacquer June 2017

June 2017 is best described as a teal greenish-blue. Seriously.. is it more green or more blue? You decide. It’s loaded with gold holo microglitters, gold shimmer, and some blue violet shimmer. It’s so pretty! I might call it a teal blue with green undertones. This is my first time trying this brand and I was impressed.

The formula was easy to work with. A little sheer to allow all that microglitter to shine through, but is fully opaque in 3 thin coats.

Definitely check out the macro to see the violet shimmer. It adds such a beautiful aspect to this polish.
