China Glaze Simply Fa-Blue-Less
Simply Fa-Blue-Less is best described as a royal blue jelly polish. I’m wearing 3 coats, but remember my free edge is very opaque so my VNL is going to show more. Either way I luvvvv it, so amazingly squishy!
China Glaze All Glammed Up
All Glammed Up is best described as a soft mint creme. Nice formula that reaches opacity in 2 easy coats. Shiny finish. Shown here in 2 coats with top coat.
China Glaze Sun-Set the Mood
Sun-Set the Mood is best described as a hot neon coral creme. Nice formula that reaches opacity in 3 easy coats. Dries to a Natural Matte finish. Shown here in 3 coats with top coat and without top coat. This one really pops!
China Glaze Chroma Cool
Chroma Cool is best described as a silver chrome polish. This doesn’t feel summer to me, and the only time I would wear a silver polish is underneath nail art. But that’s just me. This is 2 easy coats with glossy top coat.
China Glaze Sultry Solstice
Sultry Solstice is best described as a neon orange creme. We’re talking true traffic cone orange! Bright, beautiful, and oh so squishy! My swatches show 2 coats with top coat and without. Must have!
China Glaze High Standards
High Standards is best described as an antiqued bronze gold metallic. Brush strokey, but other than that it has a nice formula. For my swatches I used 2 coats with glossy top coat.
China Glaze Rose’ my Name
Rose’ my Name is best described as a bright magenta shimmer polish. I love the different finish, but this color seems to not belong. One of these things is not like the other… 🎼
China Glaze Emerald Bae
Emerald Bae is best described as a summery kelly green creme. Nice fast drying formula. Shown here in 2 coats with glossy top coat.
Flame-Boyant is best described as a hot red creme, nearly neon. This color pops and it will not be ignored! I’m wearing 2 coats with top coat and without. And if you’re in a big rush but need some classy nails this is your answer! Opaque in just one coat and dries super fast. You can have bright red nails in under 10 minutes. You need this one.
China Glaze Summer Reign
Summer Reign is best described as a demi matte violet purple creme with soft micro shimmer. The formula on this was a tad bit thick but still easy enough to work with. Fast drying. My swatches show 2 coats in matte and glossy.
China Glaze I Truly Azure You
I Truly Azure You is best described as a shimmer azure blue polish. I love this shade but my hands are looking so yellow with it. Ugh. This is 2 coats with top coat.
Sunset Seeker is best described as a dark, yet bright, red leaning orange creme. A lovely formula that dries to a natural matte finish. Im wearing 2 coats with top coat and without. Beautiful color!
Overall, this is a nice collection. Chroma Cool and High Standards feel a little out of place to me. China Glaze has plenty of gold and silver metallics, but a winter collection feels like a better time to release more. Or maybe I just Want. More. Neons. Either way though most are well done with smooth easy formulas. In the past CG matte finishes have been kind of hit or miss, but they seem to have resolved that with this collection. My personal favorites are; Simply Fa-Blue-Less, Sun-Set the Mood, Sultry Solstice, Flame-Boyant, Summer Reign, and Sunset Seeker.
The Summer Reign collection is available now at Ulta, Sally Beauty Supply and select beauty salons for $7.50 each.
