It’s not that I don’t love my husband, it’s quite the opposite. I just think a specific day to say “I love you” is fairly silly. I love hubby everyday, not just one day out of the year. So doing 2 Valentine’s Day manis this year was far more than my normal. And this one is very non traditional. The other one, which you will see in a couple days, is slightly more traditional. Slightly. It was for a challenge so it’s not to be revealed yet!
Drip Marble Nails with Reverse Image Stamping
I’ve been doing a lot of drip marbles lately and I’m just loving each and every one! Hopefully you aren’t tired of them yet. This mani started as a regular drip marble, but since I was so focused on the reverse image stamping I completely forgot about taking pictures beforehand. Can you believe that? Not my smartest moment, so unfortunately you’re just going to have to use your imagination.
For the marble I used four shades:
- Dance Legend Spot it White
- 6 Harts Mojave Jewel
- Quixotic Polish The Alexandrite Effect
- Joy Lacquer Pink Door
I then followed it up with the heart stamping from Uber Chic plate 6-01. I wish the stamping had come out a little cleaner, but redoing it just wasn’t an option.
