Quixotic Polish Baby Shift
Only available through the end of March.
Quixotic Polish Laguna
Laguna is described as a blurple base with lots of red color shifting shimmer and holo sparkles. This beauty has such a glitter load that you might want 2 coats of top coat to smooth it out. It’s gorgeous though and applied evenly and smoothly. This is 2 coats with 2 coats of glossy top coat.
Quixotic Polish The Girl who Stood on a Grave
The Girl who Stood on a Grave is best described as a steel blue with teal/pink/purple shimmer and holographic microglitters. This was the March PPU shade so it is no longer available. Sorry!
Quixotic Polish Evening Drawing Nigh
Evening Drawing Nigh is described as a blue to red duochrome shimmer, packed full of different size holographic glitters. This shade has all the bling! It is absolutely packed with glitter so 3 very thin coats worked best for application. You may also want an extra layer of top coat for it as well. Oh and check out the low light shot below to see how shifty it is!
Quixotic Polish Moon Rise
Moon Rise is described as a pale white moon base with red to green shifting shimmer and holo sparkles. This polish is so classy and delicate. It totally makes me think of a wedding. Would also be a fantastic base for some nail art. My swatches are 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.
Quixotic Polish Lucky Kelly
Lucky Kelly is described as a green multichrome, with red to purple flashes and scattered holo. Gahhh! Get your tongue back in your mouth, cause I know you’re drooling. It can’t be helped, this polish is March in a bottle! I wore this for my anniversary dinner, since it falls on Saint Patricks Day, and could not stop staring at my nails. It is similar to Basant, which is the polish that made me fall hard for Quixotic. So if you missed Basant, or love Basant as much as I do, then you need this polish in your life! For real. This is 2 flawless coats with glossy top coat.
Only available through the end of March.Â
Quixotic Polish Everest Vibes
Everest Vibes is described as a dusty medium blue base with red/gold/green glowing UP-like pigments. Clearly this one is going to be a topper for me. My crazy white opaque free edge can turn any normally opaque polish into a sheer topper. I’m used to it. Seriously though I encourage you to check out other swatches as every swatch I’ve seen it’s fully or mostly opaque. I was going to reswatch over a blue but ran out of time. I’m imagining it over Sally Hansen Pacific Blue, the original!
Available through the Rainbows and Unicorn Pee Facebook Group.Â
Quixotic Polish Mrs. Potts
Mrs. Potts is described as a pale daisy yellow base with pink to blue shifting shimmer. Oh how I wish I could wear yellow. It’s literally like the only color I don’t wear, it just doesn’t work with my casper-ish skin. I will definitely use this for nail art though. The formula was perfect and opaque in 2 easy coats. Sealed with glossy top coat.
Available through the Yellow Polish Lovers Facebook Group.
Okay so fess up.. have you tried Quixotic Polish yet? If not it’s definitely time. Her formulas are flawless, nice wide brushes, and beautiful unique shades! Personally I am very brand loyal and it takes a really special polish for me to start buying from a new brand. Berry Good Looking got me to start buying Cupcake Polish, House on Haunted Chill got me to start buying Bee’s Knees, and Basant got me to start buying Quixotic. So pull out your wallet and pop on over to QuixoticPolish.com to pick up some beauties! No worries, I spoke with your SO and they said to buy whatever you want. 😊
