And because I know you’re curious. 😉
Zaftig: adjective(of a woman) having a full rounded figure : pleasingly plump
Jessica is described as a red toned purple to deep reddish pink thermal base with purple to pink to gold shimmer, and pink iridescent flakes. I didn’t do my typical warm/cold photos of this one as the second I put it on it took the perfect transition and stayed there. It was just too pretty to change it. My swatches show 3 thin coats sealed with glossy top coat.
Ursula is described as a grey to light violet thermal with green to gold to blue shifting shimmer, purple iridescent flakies, and gold flakes. This is easily one of the prettiest thermals I have seen. Such a soft classy color combination. My swatches show 3 thin coats sealed with glossy top coat.
Fiona is described as a bright green to pale white sheer thermal base with golden micro holo glitters, tiny gold iridescent flakes, and bronze to gold to silver UCC flakes. Named after everyones favorite ogre I love this one just for the name itself. I was not able to get the full white shift, but rather a pale green shift. Just seems to be my bottle though, maybe the Tennessee heat was too much for it. My swatches show 3 thin coats sealed with glossy top coat.
All About the Hair Trio
Zaftig Lacquer Ashley
Ashley is described as a bright pink crelly base with pink to purple to blue multichrome shimmer, and scattered holo shimmer. Granted this one isn’t particularly unique but there is just something about pinks with blue shimmer (or vice versa!) My swatches show 3 thin coats sealed with glossy top coat.
Cora is described as a mermaidy green multichrome with green to blue to violet multichrome shimmer, UCC flakies that shift from green to blue to gold, and teal galaxy holo glitter. I love the blue shimmer in this one, my third photo shows it best. My swatches show 3 thin coats sealed with glossy top coat.
Tess is described as a fiery red base with red to copper to gold multichrome, linear holo, and tiny copper/pink flakies. This color shift is always so pretty. My swatches show 3 thin coats sealed with glossy top coat.
It’s the Schitt Trio
Zaftig Lacquer Moira
Moira is described as a bronze/red base with coral to gold to bronze shifting shimmer and linear holo. This is definitely one of my favorites, the colors are so sharp and the multichrome shift is amazing. My swatches show 3 thin coats sealed with glossy top coat.
Zaftig Lacquer Alexis
Alexis is described as a deep aubergine base with intense purple to red to copper magnetic pigment and green iridescent flakies. This one is for all the purple lovers. To get the best magnetic shift I applied these in 2 thicker coats, rather than 3 thin coats, and I used the magnet for at least 30 seconds on each nail. Sealed with glossy top coat.
Zaftig Lacquer David
David is described as a deep blackened blue base with blue to purple to red magnetic shimmer and holo micro shimmer. This beauty is like instant galaxy nails! To get the best magnetic shift I applied these in 2 thicker coats, rather than 3 thin coats, and I used the magnet for at least 30 seconds on each nail. Sealed with glossy top coat.
These all applied smoothly with no real issues. My personal favorites are Jessica, Ursula, Tess, Moira, and Alexis.
