China Glaze OMG! Flashback Collection

I am so excited to have the China Glaze OMG Flashback Collection to share with you all today. These are 6 of the most popular shades from the original 12 piece iconic collection that released in 2008. If you got into polish much after 2008 then you likely only have one or two from this collection, as shortly after their initial release they became pretty hard to find and typically demanded a price to reflect as much. I didn’t get into polish much until 2012 so I didn’t have any of these 6 shades, although I do own a few of the other shades. And while I knew I was excited about this collection, I honestly was taken aback by just how fantastic they are!

OMG is described as a silver holographic polish. Flawless formula with a very strong holo rainbow. This is 2 coats with glossy top coat.

IDK is described as a soft purple lavendar linear holographic polish. Flawless formula with a very strong holo rainbow. This is 2 coats with glossy top coat.

2NITE is described as a medium blue linear holographic polish. Flawless formula with a very strong holo rainbow. This is 2 coats with glossy top coat.

DV8 is described as a bright teal blue linear holographic polish. Flawless formula with a very strong holo rainbow. This is 2 coats with glossy top coat. This one does have a tendency to stain cuticles so careful application and removal is suggested.

BFF is described as a raspberry pink linear holographic polish. Flawless formula with a very strong holo rainbow. This is 2 coats with glossy top coat.

TTYL is described as a warm coppery red toned linear holographic polish. Typically I would consider this a coral holo, it has that feel to it. Flawless formula with a very strong holo rainbow. This is 2 coats with glossy top coat.

As you can see there is no shortage of holo rainbow in any of these, even indoors. They all have a buttery smooth formula that makes application quick and easy. Have you picked up this collection yet? I would venture to say they are one of those must have collections. I’m actually considering getting a backup set, and that is REALLY saying something!

  • I’m really glad to hear they are good. While I love the original collection and I’m slowly building up my collection (I have half of the originals), the formula really was difficult. These sound awesome and look amazeballs.

    I feel like the only person who hasn’t had any staining issues with DV8…..now watch next time I use it….
    I’m kind of hoping to see the other six be released later this year although it is probably just wishful thinking.
