For this look I started with a single coat of white over all my nails. I dabbed on the 6 neon shades in random spots on each nail. While the polish was still mostly wet I took a soft stamper and gently spread the polish across each nail. I then added a coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust and when that was dry I added the skulls stamping design.
