Walking Work of Art is described as a robins egg blue base with shifting shimmer, holo shimmer and ultrachrome color shifting flakes. This polish is definitely a work of art! The formula was creamy and perfect. My swatches show 3 thin coats with glossy top coat. You can probably get away with 2 coats but 3 thinner coats gives it a bit more depth.

Walking Work of Art will only be available through The Polish Pickup Friday, August 3rd at 11am EST through Monday, August 6th at 11:59pm EST. It will retail for $12.00 and there will be no cap.
