The Client by John Grisham
I used to love John Grisham books, and The Client is an all time favorite for many John Grisham fans. In fact the movie based on The Client was one of the first movies my hubby and I watched together, long before he was my hubby. Originally I wanted to do my mani from The Reckoning, because it had some very cool cover art, but I haven’t read it and have no idea what its about.
For this mani I started with 3 coats of Zoya Ziv on my ring finger and middle finger, and 2 coats of Painted Polish Midnight Mischief on my index finger and little finger. I chose an image from FUN 19 for the walking woman on my ring finger, then sponged on some black from both diagonal sides to represent the cover art. I then did some contrasting stamping black/gold stamping on the rest of my nails. Who doesn’t love black and gold for a mani? They always look so sharp together.
Items Used:
- Painted Polish Midnight Mischief
- Zoya Ziv
- M Polish Bells
- Stamping Plate Lina Feeling Shapely 01
- Stamping Plate Fun 19
- Clear Jelly Stamper
This is my most simplistic mani of the week, and for a while I just stared at it trying to come up with more ideas. But I finally decided I shouldn’t overdo it. 🙂
I’ll be back tomorrow with my last book themed mani of the month. Be sure to check out the link up below to see what the other ladies did for today.
