Watch Swatched is described as a white crelly with assorted neon and black glitters. Some of the glitters are black light reactive too…totally 80’s retro!! My swatches show 3 thin coats followed by glossy top coat. 

Angie really does crellies good. This applied as smoothly as a creme and leveled out beautifully. You know how some crellies dry to a bumpy finish and need a glitter food top coat or something similar? Not this baby! One coat of my normal glossy top coat and it’s smooth as glass.
